Ivan Clark Pavilion
Glenwood High School’s Ivan Clark Pavilion houses the 1st XV change room and 1st XI change room with its own ice bath for improved recovery after strenuous activity.
To celebrate Glenwood’s centenary in 2010, a decision was taken to source funding for an Old Boys Pavilion. This would be built on the main field behind the poles on the McDonald road side of the field. The ground floor would consist of a ‘State of the Art’ 1st team change room for both cricket and rugby. There would also be additional rooms for various sports medical practices. The second floor would consist of a huge entertainment and viewing area which would be for the exclusive use of old boys and patrons at home rugby games.
The Pavilion was generously paid for by prominent old boy Ivan Clark.
The Ivan Clark Pavilion is also home to a branch of the Kings Park Sports Medicine Centre. This multidisciplinary sports centre supports the school’s high performance athletes while also being open to the rest of the boys and to the general public.
