Invubu Retaining Systems and Civils

The above Close Corporation was formed on 1 April 2005 together with co-member D Dowsett by acquiring the Domestic Business profile from CMG CIVILS. Mr Dowsett was bought out by myself on 15^th January 2007 and the above Close Corporation is currently being changed to reflect only one member. On 1^st July 2008 we changed our operating name to: INVUBU RETAINING SYSTEMS & CIVILS cc, as we have incorporated the manufacture and construction of Retaining Walls into our spectrum of services.
