Business Economics Report

The following report was submitted by Ms. J. Adams, the Subject Head:

2005 ended on a high note. We are absolutely delighted with the excellent matric results, the best our learners have ever attained. Well done.

At the beginning of 2006 we welcomed Mr G. Bowker as a teacher in training into our department and are confident that he will become a ?fully fledged? member of the Glenwood Family.

Our Grade 11 learner?s were truly priviledged to be afforded the opportunity of a tour of the car terminal and getting to see the best office view in town, a tour of the Milenium Tower. (Special thanks must go to Mrs Masson and Mr Britz). We have also been to The South African Reserve bank and have exciting outings planned for the rest of the year.

We believe in keeping our learners abreast in financial and economic issues and are committed to making business economics dynamic and exciting.

Our staffing team remains unchanged consisting of Ms. J. Adams, Mr M. Scott and Mr D. Chalmers.
