Millenium Tower Visit

The Millenium Tower on the Bluff Headland.

Early this term, 3 lucky pupils of Glenwood had the opportunity to visit the Millenium Tower on the Bluff Headland as guests of Mr. Robbie Bosch, Vessel Tracking Systems Operator at the Tower. As the Tower is situated on a military base, entrance is restricted so it was a priviledge for the boys to see first hand how a port operates, from the time a ship requests a berth until it finally docks.The boys were taken on a conducted tour of this top class facility and came away enlightened about the workings of a busy port and a whole lot of photographs.
