Overseas Cultural Tour - 2009

The final meeting for the Cultural Tour to Russia, Germany and France took place on Friday evening. The tour party was very excitied as the time for departure is now very near. This is a first for Glenwood in terms of a cultural tour travelling to Europe, and also a first in the partnership with DGHS travelling overseas.

Well done to Mrs Barnes from Glenwood and Mr King from DGHS for getting the tour to the place that it is right now.

Thanks to all the Parents and Staff who have supported this venture. We wish all the young men and young ladies all of the very best on their travels.

I have asked for updates as they travel around Europe so that I can keep people back home updated via the web page - we will see how Mrs Barnes copes with this challenging task!
