The top 8 Tennis players travelled to Kershaw Park in Pietermaritzburg yesterday for a match against Michaelhouse. The boys were eagerly looking forward to this encounter as, towards the end of last year, our previous fixture had been rained out.
A good afternoon's was tennis was enjoyed with Glenwood being the winners, 11 - 1.
Individual singles results for the top six players, who were essentially the first team on the day were :

M Mpondi vs G Rowles - Glenwood won 6 - 3, 6 - 1
D Sibbald vs J Strachan - Glenwood won 6 - 1, 6 - 1
A Walstra vs C Schoeman - Glenwood won 6 - 0, 6 - 2
P Govender vs F Hereford - Michaelhouse won 6 - 2 , 6 -1
J Crichton vs J de Chastelain - Glenwood won 6 - 0, 1 - 6, 11 - 9
