The Glenwood High School Edana Portal Application is the solution for Parents, Students, Staff and Alumni to have easy access to all things school related.

Glenwood High School has moved fully on the Ed-Admin School Management System which is also used for communicating with you as parents and stakeholders.
We are moving away from using the D6 communicator, and will no longer be using this to send push notifications and communicate to parents.

To ensure you receive ALL our school communication, you need to follow the steps below to access the Ed-Admin Parent Portal, as well as download the EDANA app to your device.

Parent Portal

How to Access the Parent Portal login: 
• In order to access the parent Portal, you would need to use the following link: 
• The login screen will appear. You will see the option for ‘Forgotten Password’. Go ahead and click on this button. 
• A pop-up screen will appear, where you will need to enter the email address that the school has on file for you and fill in a security CAPTCHA. A password reset email will then be sent to the email address that you entered.
• Once the email is received, click on the link in order to set up your password. 
• You’ll then be able to easily log in from the next screen, using the password that you just set up, meaning it is 100% secure. You will also receive an email confirming that the password has been changed.

We highly recommend downloading this on the Play Store or App Store because all push notifications and communication will be sent out using the app in future.

Step 1:

On your cell phone or tablet, go to your app store
using the QR codes above, or search for “Edana Parent Portal”.
Download the Edana Parent Portal App.

Step 2:

Open the app and enter 788471 ,
accept the EULA. Then click “Activate”

Step 3:

Log in using either the cell phone number or email address that we have on record for you. You will be messaged or emailed a login code which you can use to log in. Alternatively, you can log in using the USER ID which has been emailed to you and the password that you set up via the Ed-Admin Parent Portal.

Student Portal

Step 1:

On your cell phone or tablet, go to your app store
using the QR codes above, or search for “Edana Student Portal”.
Download the Edana Student Portal App.

Step 2:

Open the app and enter 788471,
accept the EULA. Then click “Activate”

Step 3:

Log in using your SCHOOL EMAIL ADDRESS or the USER ID which has been emailed to your school email account. You must log in using the password which you would have set up on the Ed-Admin Student Portal (PLEASE NOTE: It is not your school password)

All information regarding logging in to the App and Portal have been emailed to your school email address.

Please assist us by logging in and checking that your contact details are correct – email and telephone numbers; to ensure you receive all communication from the school.
