Yesterday evening the museum at Gibson house was officially opened. Mr Jordan has put much effort into the display cabinets and their contents. There are items relating to Roy Gisbon himself, after whom the boarding establishment is named, as well as pieces from our famous sportsman, such as the Madsens.
The first Gibson Parent Support Group was also elected last night, with one parent from the North Coast, one from the South Coast and another from Pinetown. This group will liase with Mr Le Roux, the chairman of the BE subcommittee, with regards to matters affecting the welfare of the boys and any matters affecting the parents.
